This notice explains how the studio uses the information you submit through our project enquiry form.

Project information
We collect the name, email, project brief and service preference you provide. Company, phone, budget and preferred conversation date are optional. We use these details to understand your request, contact you and maintain the project relationship.
Storage & access
Enquiries are stored in our private agency dashboard and its backups on our hosting account. They are not included in the public portfolio. We use our hosting provider to operate the website and workspace.
Abuse prevention
The form uses a security token and a temporary, hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions. The identifier expires after one hour. The public site does not require a dashboard account to send an enquiry.
Contact & corrections
Email support@mediatech.studio if you would like to correct your enquiry details, request removal, or ask about how your information is used. Please include your enquiry reference when available.
Card payments
For card payments we store your name, email, amount, currency, invoice reference and payment status in our private workspace. Online card payments are currently unavailable. If card payments become available following provider approval, the payment provider will process your billing and card details and provide the payment invoice. We do not store your card number. Payment links grant access to the associated payment details; keep them private. Contact billing@mediatech.studio for billing questions.
