Who we are
MediaTech Studio provides creative, web and business operations services from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Contact support@mediatech.studio for project questions or billing@mediatech.studio for billing questions.
Scope and agreement
Website plans describe starting points for projects and studio partnerships. An enquiry does not place an order, reserve a meeting or activate a subscription. Before work begins, your written proposal or agreement confirms the deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, price, billing currency and payment milestones. Any change in scope requires agreement.
Prices and payments
Displayed foreign-currency prices are indicative conversions of our BDT catalogue. Your accepted quote and invoice determine the amount due, currency, taxes and separately billed costs such as advertising spend, hosting, domains and third-party software. Monthly partnerships have an agreed service scope; they are not self-service software subscriptions. Online card payments are currently unavailable on this domain.
Client responsibilities and ownership
Provide accurate instructions and materials you are entitled to use, and review work at agreed milestones. Ownership, licensing, source-file handover and third-party licences are specified in your project agreement. You retain your rights in materials you provide.
Cancellation and disputes
See our refund and cancellation policy. Contact billing@mediatech.studio with your reference and concerns so we can review the agreement and work delivered. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Privacy and external services
Our privacy notice explains enquiry and payment-record handling. External platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. Revised website terms apply prospectively; existing signed agreements remain the reference for existing work.
